Havelock House
Havelock House Hawkes Bay Bed and Breakfast - incorporates the best of both worlds, it is spacious and modern but incorporates many design features of older Hawkes Bay properties. The house was architecturally designed and built 30 years ago. The property has great charm - we even have our own Art Deco sunburst above the French doors leading to the guest sitting room.

A large twin bedded room with two king-size single beds overlooking the garden and tennis court. The room has a large spacious bathroom with both shower and bath; flat screen TV/DVD & radio and refreshment facilities. Relax on the window seat to enjoy the garden view with its many native New Zealand and Australian trees and varied bird life.
Hastings suite
New executive ground floor room with King double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, views over the garden. Along with the features you have the use of a comfortable guest lounge, swimming pool and tennis court.
Guest Lounge
On the same floor we have a large guest lounge with log fires in the winter and tourist information and books on Hawkes Bay, the wineries and local visitor attractions for you to enjoy.
Our stunning shaded gardens have been described as an oasis - it's own resort - with lots of bird song and wild life, shady gum and palm trees.

Your Hosts
Diana and Jeff have been welcoming guests to their home for over 14 years. Firstly at Manor Farmhouse in Sutton on Derwent York, England, and now in Havelock House Hawkes Bay.
Diana has a wide range of interests including gardening, cookery, walking and tennis. She has had a lot of experience in travel and tourism having worked for the tourist board for many years before starting her own bed & breakfast..
Jeff is an engineer and enjoys all sport - and the occasional game of snooker.
They have both travelled extensively all over the world and look forward to sharing their home with you.
